Absolutely. Chummie's Radiance is committed to cruelty-free formulation. We never test on animals and we use predominantly natural, plant-derived ingredients. Any synthetic components used are safe, well-researched, and non-harmful.

Click 'Order via WhatsApp' on any product page and you'll be connected directly with us. We'll confirm your order, provide payment details, and arrange delivery. It's personal, quick, and easy!
Currently we ship within Nigeria only. We deliver nationwide — Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and everywhere in between. International shipping is something we're actively working on — watch this space!
Lagos deliveries typically take 1–2 business days. Outside Lagos, allow 2–5 business days. We partner with reliable logistics providers and will keep you updated on your order status.
We want you to love every product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. Due to the nature of skincare, we can't accept returns on opened products unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Yes! Orders above ₦15,000 qualify for free delivery within Lagos. For orders outside Lagos, a standard delivery fee applies. Details are confirmed at checkout via WhatsApp.
We occasionally include samples with orders. Reach out to us on WhatsApp to ask about current sample availability — we love letting our products speak for themselves!
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products have a shelf life of 12–18 months unopened, and 6–12 months once opened. Always check the individual product label.
